On a chilly weekend in October club members gathered to relay some of the bricks at Rotary Sunrise Park in South Whitby by the beautiful Waterfront. The gazebo and park were built in 1994 in a joint effort between the Town of Whitby and our Club. The club raised over $40,000 from the community to go towards the park. Here we have two pictures of the before and after, with some of the same Rotarians who helped build the park in 1994 at the ribbon cutting, helping replace the stones in 2012.
