Council considers bringing Ribfest to Whitby

WHITBY -- The Rotary Club of Whitby Sunrise is following in the footsteps of many service clubs across the province in organizing a Ribfest event for the community.

Mark Chipman, current president of the group, addressed members of Whitby council recently to discuss ideas for bringing the event to the town for the first time next summer.
