What a spectacular evening!  Tuesday, February 7th , 2012 was an evening of pride and community giving.  More than 500 people enjoyed the delectable dishes of 11 restaurants. The silent auction had such a variety of items from pictures to tools, everything golf, to a beautiful handmade log cabin doll house and more. And... OH... those earrings!  One karat 14K gold diamond studs! Then the entertainment, wonderful local student bands, guitar serenades, steel drum and a beautiful young local singer brought the room to silence as her voice awed the audience.  It was a great night!

The Rotary Club of Whitby Sunrise and your community THANKS everyone who attended, our participating restaurants, volunteers, and all businesses who donated silent auction items. This fundraiser was an outstanding success! We look forward to seeing you next year.
