Gemma Broderick
Durham Rape Crisis Centre.

Gemma Broderick is a seasoned leader in the non-profit and

charitable sector with over a decade of experience as an Executive Director. Currently

she is the ED of Durham Rape Crisis Centre. Her background is working for organizations

that support women, mental health and housing. Gemma has an honours Bachelor of

Arts degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice/Public Policy, in addition to a life time of

professional development including a CPA certificate in non profit and charitable

financial leadership and Degroote School of Business certificate in non profit

governance. Gemma offers an experienced, gendered lens to discussions at many

different tables, with previous aligned professional and volunteer work, including

Boards.
