Amarok Society

we’re a Canadian charity teaching illiterate mothers to teach neighbourhood children without access to education. Today, these mothers are teaching 7,500 children in the slums of South Asia and Africa. These children all come from illiterate families and many have even graduated with university degrees in hand.

But education is only the start of it. These mothers, having been empowered by education then set about making their communities truly worthy of the beautiful children living there in the areas of.  In fact, our mothers are almost mini-Rotarians themselves, devoting many volunteer hours every single week in community service.
